Hello! I stayed in this unit years ago and it sure has improved several notches. The view is as breathtaking as it ever was, but wow, is it ever loaded with upgrades now... Smooth top range, flat screen TV, Sony with "Picture in Picture in the Master... Soothing color palette...whole place has an artistic flair. We'll definitely be back! Unbeatable value!! Daniel

Patty Barnes , Akron, Oh. My family and I stayed at this condo for the July 4th week in 2007. It was fantastic for the price! The kitchen is very spacious, the washer and dryer work fantastically, the view is amazing. Everything about this place was great, but the elevators were slow. I would definately recommend this.

This was a wonderful house to spend our vaction in! I would like to say that the property owner was WONDERFUL! He contacted me within 15 minutes of emailing my request. He has excellent customer service, which made the experience very easy-going!
The house was clean, comfortable and well-stocked. There is a Kroger right down the street, and all the "spots" we wanted to hit were close. The pool was clean, there was ample parking, and the locals were friendly.
We stayed at this house during the Fall Bike Week rally and it was just close enough to the action without being right in it! Broadway on the Beach was a little further than expected, but it was no big deal. We even spent a few nights in watching TV or chatting on the balcony...It was our home away from home: very comfortable and cozy!
We recommend eating at Crabby Mike's for a great seafood buffet, and we also tried out the Conch Cafe on the beach road. Good food, a little pricey for drinks.
We will definately stay at this property again, and I cannot say enough how great the property owner treated us!
